On a cold February morning, I met up with Duncan at his home in Leeds. I’d come along to assist my good friend Joe Stenson, who as per usual, had a wonderful wedding with a wonderful couple lined up for us to photograph.
As a Scot, Duncan had chosen some traditional Scottish touches to his groom’s attire – not forgetting the top quality whisky shared with his best man and groomsmen before we set off to Victoria Hall in Saltaire.
In a sun drenched room in Victoria Hall, Amy and Duncan tied the knot – family and friends from near and far had made the journey and had drinks while Joe and I stole Amy and Duncan for a few photographs around Saltaire.
The guests boarded a lovely vintage bus and made their way to the wonderful and very rarely seen Braime Pressings – where Amy and Duncan had decided to use the lovely listed Canteen for their reception. The beautiful tiled room was playing host to its first wedding and was an incredible match. A very unique space for such a creative and unique couple!
